Dan Connors started his nearly twenty-year career of partnering alongside individuals with disabilities at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, New York. Upon completing his master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling at Ohio’s Bowling Green State University, Dan then worked for 11 years at the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (now Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency), starting as a Rehabilitation Counselor and progressing to a role as Deputy Director, serving Governors Ted Strickland and John Kasich. During his tenure as Deputy Director of ORSC, Dan led key initiatives such as the Vocational Rehabilitation Public-Private Partnership (VRP3) and the Recovery to Work Program. He joined the St. Joseph Home of Cincinnati team in 2012 as the Vice President of Operations. Dan has had the privilege of serving as St. Joseph Home’s President/CEO since 2015.
